Sunday, 20 May 2012 - On to Montepulciano

Today we left Atina after another walk, and a Caffe Latte and Pastry, good they were too.  We took our time as we were booked to arrive at our next villa later in the afternoon.  Stopped for another nice lunch at a motorway service centre.  Looked identical to the one we ate at on our way south, but it wasn't as it was on the other side of the Autostrada.

Arrived at our new villa and unloaded.  As it was then early evening we did little else.  We are here for a week so no rush.  This trip is meant to be about 'La dolce vita'.  Cooked our own meal using stuff we had brought with us and some supplies from Fabiana  - the villa owner who lives downstairs.  The villa was nice, but the plumbing was Italian.

Left Atina this morning.  Driving to Montepulciano.  Lunch at Service Centre.  Arrived at Montepulciano mid afternoon.  Cloudy and cold when arriving.
